How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
Once you have selected a jewelry box you would like to purchase, you must choose some options. These are your engraving options and your delivery date.

     •First select your engraving format from the "Engraving Format" drop down list. If you do not want engraving, choose "No engraving". Once you have selected your engraving format for your jewelry box, enter the text you would like to have engraved in the box labeled "Engraving Text". Next, select the font you would like from the "Style" drop down list. Again, if you have no engraving, you would choose the style "None". Please note the price change when you add engraving to your order. The cost for engraving is $24.50 and will increase the cost of your jewelry box by $24.50

     •Second, select your delivery date. When selecting this date, please keep shipping times in mind. For example, if you are ordering a jewelry box on October 4th and want to receive it by October 6th, you will be required to choose "Next Day Air shipping". You will not receive expedited shipping based on the delivery date you choose. You must select an appropriate shipping method during check out. If you have no particular delivery date in mind, just choose one in the near future. Most of our jewelry boxes ship within 48 hours. if there is any sort of delay, you will be notified.

     •You are ready to add your jewelry box to your shopping cart! Simply click the black "ADD TO CART" button. If you will be adding more items to your cart, just continue shopping. Your shopping cart and any items in it will display on the right side of your schreen. Click the black link that says "View your entire cart".

     •Here you have a chance to review your shopping cart, edit your engraving (if applicable), and add gift wrapping. If gift wrapping services are offered for the product you chose, you will see it listed below the product image. Click on the link that says "Add" to make your selection. If you need to modify your engraving text, click on the link that reads "Change" next to "Configurable Options". Once you have verified the product and options in your shopping cart, click the black "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button on the right side of your screen. You may also choose to use Amazon Simple Pay, Google Checkout or Paypal.

Is my credit card and personal information safe?

Jewelryboxsales.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology. This ensures that only Jewelryboxsales.com order managers see your payment information and secures your internet browswer when purchasing.  Jewelryboxsales.com collects your information ONLY to facilitate the order you are placing for merchandise. We do not re-sell or share your information with anyone under any circumstance. Your credit card information, billing and shipping addresses, and any other information we receive from you is encrypted by SSL.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Most of our items ship within 24 business hours. On occassion, we may not have an item in stock in which event we will request the factory ship one on our behalf. This eliminates the wait time of us replenishing our stock in our Seattle warehouse. If there will be a delay in shipping your item of 3 days or more, we will contact you immediately. If you order your item UPS Ground, please allow 2-5 business days for receipt.

Do you offer free shipping?

From time to time we will have a free shipping promotion. Unlike many other online stores, we stock and ship most of our product right here from our Seattle warehouse. This eliminates the wait time for another company to drop ship your item to you and allows for faster shipping times, but it does require staff. UPS shipping costs are calculated at check out so you pay only the necessary cost for shipment.

Where are the engraving plates attached?

We install engraving plates on the lid of the jewelry boxes. However, if you select an item with a glass top, we will typically attach the plate to the front of the jewelry box. If you have purchased a pen chest, the plate is usually attached to the back of the pen case. Traditionally, a pen case would rest on a desk with the back facing out, therefore the plate is attached where it can most easily be seen.
